Book 3 in the Xylon Warriors series.

Xylon Warrior Kam Nextor must find Halah Shirota.

Halah lives by her own rules. She's turned against her people and has been captured as a sex slave on the Sand Moon. Escape, without help, will be impossible. Once considered an enemy to Xylon, Halah is now working independently. Her military knowledge is needed to help Kam destroy Marid's weaponry system and save Xylon from annihilation.

While fighting their enemies, past feelings of distrust, and time that's running out, they find renewed respect and an intense attraction for each other. In the end, those emotions must be enough to save them…or everyone will perish.

I loved this series. It is not a stand alone and needs to begin with book I. Very entertaining and a must read. Loved all four books.

This series was one of the reasons I finally got an e-book reader. The book isn't really a stand-alone, but is more of a bridge (and all good epic tales have bridges), so perhaps that's why it hasn't been given print status yet. Not as much sex as the other two, but what is there is great. The development of the romance between Halah and Kam began in the first two books. The top-notch sci-fi plot develops further and more romantic development with other characters is set up. Can't wait to start the next one!
